摘要
硬顶软底工作面厚煤层俯斜分层开采时,支架底座直接作用于松软煤层上,易出现支架钻底、咬架、挤架的问题。另外,厚硬直覆砂岩顶板易形成大面积悬顶而导致瓦斯突出及冲击地压。为解决这一难题,以顾北煤矿13121工作面为工程背景,进行力学模型计算及分析,确定选用ZZ13000/24/50型支撑掩护式铰接顶梁支架,并进行了支架的适应性研究。通过现场应用,结果表明所选支架适应性很好,满足工作面安全回采要求。
When the thick coal seam of hard roof and soft bottom working face is inclined and stratified mining, the support base directly acts on the soft coal seam, which is prone to the problems of drilling bottom, biting frame and squeezing frame. In addition, the thick hard straight sandstone roof is easy to form a large area of hanging roof, which leads to gas outburst and rock burst. In order to solve this problem, taking 13121 working face of Gubei coal mine as the engineering background, the mechanical model calculation and analysis were carried out to determine the selection of ZZ13000/24/50 support shield hinged roof beam support and the adaptability of the support was studied. Through field application, the results show that the selected support has good adaptability and meets the requirement of safety mining of working face.
