摘要
为掌握大平煤矿3112综放工作面矿压显现规律和支架适应性,采用现场实测的方法,对工作面回采期间液压支架工作阻力和超前支承压力进行监测与分析。结果表明:工作面回采期间,基本顶初次来压步距约为13.87~20.94 m,周期来压步距约为7.68~10.16 m;支架顶板压力呈现出“下部>中部>上部”的分布规律;支承压力影响范围约为工作面煤壁前方50 m内,ZF4800-17/33型液压支架适应性较好。
In order to grasp the pressure behavior law and support adaptability of the 3112 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Daping Coal Mine,the field measurement method was used to monitor and analyze the working resistance and leading abutment pressure of hydraulic support during mining.The results show that during the mining period of the working face,the initial pressure step distance of the basic roof is about 13.87-20.94 m,the periodic pressure step distance is about 7.68-10.16 m,and the roof pressure of the support shows the distribution law of"lower part>middle>upper".The influence range of abutment pressure is about 50 m in front of the coal wall of the working face,and the adaptability of the ZF4800-17/33 type hydraulic support is better.
