摘要 基于CMOS工艺设计一种单声道、桥式(BTL)输出的低压音频放大器,工作电压为2.0~5.5 V。整体功能包含:基准偏置、共模偏置、开关控制、过温保护及功率放大器模块。芯片内部包含两个基准偏置电路:过温保护模块采用一个单独的基准偏置电路,其余电路模块共同使用另外一个基准偏置电路。电路发生过温保护关断时,过温保护模块可以保证电路随温度降低后的功能恢复。整体电路的开启与关断,受开关模块的控制,关断模式下所有电路实现静态关断。采用国内0.5μm CMOS工艺完成流片,测试结果表明:3Ω负载下最大输出功率3.3 W,关断电流0.6μA,失调电压15 mV,电源电流6 mA,电源抑制比60 dB。 Based on CMOS process,a low-voltage audio amplifier with mono and bridge-tied load(BTL)output was designed,and its working voltage is 2.0-5.5 V.The overall function includes refer-ence bias,common mode bias,switch control,over-temperature protection and power amplifier mod-ule.The chip contains two reference bias circuits:the over-temperature protection module adopts a separate reference bias circuit,and the rest circuit modules share another reference bias circuit.When the over-temperature protection is turned off,the over-temperature protection module can guarantee the function recovery as the temperature drops.The opening and closing of the overall circuit are con-trolled by the switch module,and all circuits in the shutdown mode realize static shutdown.The do-mestic 0.5μm CMOS process is used to complete the tape out.The test results show that the maxi-mum output power under 3Ωload is 3.3 W,the shutdown current is 0.6μA,the offset voltage is 15 mV,the power supply current is 6 mA and the power supply rejection ratio is 60 dB.
