基于“知行合一”理念的高职学生创新创业能力提升路径分析 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校创新创业教育旨在培养学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力,最大限度激发学生的潜能潜质,为国家经济转型与高质量发展培养大批创新型人才。结合多年授课经验与深入调研,详细分析当前高职院校学生创新创业能力的发展现状和存在问题,提出从认知到行为“知行合一”的科学培养学生创新创业能力的路径。由培育学生创新意识入手,继而指导学生正确创业行为,搭建“5+1”六位一体的以学生为中心的多方协调机制,发挥榜样引领作用,树立创新创业文化氛围。 Innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges aims to cultivate students'innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative and entrepreneurial ability,maximize the students’potential,and cultivate a large number of innovative talents for national economic transformation and high-quality development.Combined with years of teaching experience and in-depth investigation,this paper analyzes in detail the current development situation and existing problems of the students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the path of scientifically cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability from cognition to behavior,that is,starting with cultivating students’innovation consciousness,guiding students'correct entrepreneurial behavior,building a“5+1”six in one student-centered multilateral coordination mechanism,playing a leading role as an example,and establishing a cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship.
