摘要
目的 对新疆地区精神分裂症住院病人一般人口学资料、临床资料的调查分析研究。方法 采用自行设计调查表收集2015-2016年就诊于新疆地区精神病专科医院,符合ICD-10诊断标准的精神分裂症病人的一般人口学资料及临床资料,进行统计分析。结果 共纳入6个地州市的1540例精神分裂症病人,男性1024例,女性516例,平均年龄(37.23±11.33)岁,平均发病年龄(25.47±8.47)岁,阳性症状占33.8%,阴性症状18.0%,混合性症状占48.2%。不同症状的精神分裂症病人在年龄、地区、职业、抗精神病药物使用上存在统计学差异。结论 应对精神分裂症的高发人群进行规范化管理,加强基层医院精神科医师培训,规范精神疾病诊疗过程,需要相关部门相互合作促进新疆地区精神卫生事业的发展。
Objective To investigate and analyze the investigation and analysis of general population data and clinical data of schizophrenia in the Xinjiang region. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the general demographic data and clinical data of schizophrenic patients who met the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria and treated in Xinjiang region psychiatric hospitals during2015-2016 for statistical analysis. Results A total of 1540 schizophrenia patients in 6 areas, 1024 males, 516 women, average age(37.23±11.33), an average age of onset(25.47±8.47), positive symptoms account for 33.8%, The negative symptoms were 18.0%, and the symptoms of mixing were 48.2%. Patients with different symptoms of schizophrenia have statistical differences in the use of age,regional, occupation and antipsychotic drugs. Conclusion Standard management of high-risk people in schizophrenia, strengthen grassroots psychiatric physician training, standardize psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. It is necessary for relevant departments to?cooperate with each other between relevant departments to promote the development of mental health in Xinjiang.
