摘要
目的评价持续质量改进法——PDCA循环法在住院医师规范化培训(住培)中的应用效果。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台等数据库2021年2月前公开发表或已注册但尚未发表的有关PDCA循环法在住培中应用的随机对照试验研究,包括中、英文文献。对文献质量进行评价并进行meta分析。结果最终纳入14篇文献,均为中文,950例研究对象。其中观察组(PDCA循环法)470例,对照组(传统教学法)460例。与对照组比较,观察组医师理论、技能考试成绩均更高,差异均有统计学意义(加权均数差=5.39、7.06,95%可信区间:3.59~7.18、4.84~9.27,P<0.05)。结论与传统教学法比较,PDCA循环法有利于提高住培的理论、技能考试成绩,从而提高教学效果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA cycle method in the standardized training of residents.Methods China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Biology Medical Literature Database(CBM),VIP and Wanfang Data database were used to retrieve the randomized controlled trials studies related to the application of the PDCA cycle in the standardized training of residents published or registered but not yet published before February 2021,including Chinese and English literature.Literature quality was evaluated,and meta-analysis was performed.Results A total of fourteen articles in Chinese were selected,including 950 subjects[470 in the observation group(the PDCA cycle method)and 460 in the control group(the traditional teaching method)].Compared with the control group,the scores of doctors'theory and skill tests in the observation group were higher,and the difference were statistically significant(WMD=5.39,7.06;95%CI:3.59-7.18,4.84-9.27;P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with those of the traditional teaching methods,the PDCA cycle method was conducive to improving the theoretical scores and skills assessment scores of the resident doctors in the standardized training,so as to improve the teaching effect.
