摘要
目的:探讨用多西环素联合青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果。方法:选择2019年5月至2021年4月期间常熟市第五人民医院收治的60例玫瑰痤疮患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组、治疗1组和治疗2组,每组各有患者20例。用多西环素对对照组患者进行治疗,用多西环素联合青蒿鳖甲汤加减对治疗1组患者进行治疗,用多西环素联合青蒿鳖甲汤加减及他克莫司软膏对治疗2组患者进行治疗。比较三组患者的临床症状评分及治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,治疗1组患者和治疗2组患者的临床症状评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05;治疗1组患者和治疗2组患者的临床症状评分相比,P>0.05。治疗1组患者和治疗2组患者治疗的总有效率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗1组患者和治疗2组患者治疗的总有效率相比,P>0.05。结论:与单用多西环素治疗玫瑰痤疮相比,用多西环素联合青蒿鳖甲汤加减及多西环素联合青蒿鳖甲汤加减、他克莫司软膏治疗此病的效果均更好,均能有效改善患者的临床症状,故临床上可将多西环素联合青蒿鳖甲汤加减作为治疗玫瑰痤疮的有效方案之一。
Objective:To investigate the effect of doxycycline combined with Artemisia annua decoction in the treatment of rosacea rosacea.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rosacea treated in The Fifth People’s Hospital of Changshu from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,with 20 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with doxycycline,patients in the treatment group were treated with doxycycline combined with artemisinin a decoction and tacrolimus ointment,patients in the treatment group were treated with doxycycline combined with artemisinin A decoction and tacrolimus ointment.The clinical symptom score and treatment effect of the three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of patients in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were lower than those in control group,P<0.05;The clinical symptom score of patients in treatment group 1 was compared with that in treatm ent group 2,P>0.05.The total effective rate of treatm ent group 1 and treatment group 2 was higher than control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:compared with doxycycline treatment alone ro se acne,with a combined doxycycline artemisinin turtle shell tonga subtraction and doxycycline joint ACTS turtle shell tonga subtraction,tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of the disease are better,can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,therefore annua turtle shell tonga doxycycline joint can be one of the effective solution to reduc e rose as a treatment for acne.
