摘要
土地集约利用评价能够促进土地高效利用。以合肥都市圈为研究对象,构建以压力状态响应(PSR)模型为基础的评价体系,采用熵权法计算权重,利用障碍度模型进行障碍因子诊断,并提出合理建议。结果表明:2014—2018年合肥都市圈土地集约利用整体水平呈上升的趋势,从0.11上升到0.29。马鞍山和六安等市土地集约利用变化幅度较大,合肥和滁州等市的土地集约利用等级变化幅度较小。影响合肥都市圈的主要障碍因子有人口用地增长弹性系数和地均生产总值。
Land intensive use evaluation can effectively promote land efficient use.Taking Hefei metropolitan area as the research object,an evaluation system based on the pressure state response(PSR)model was constructed.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight,and the obstacle degree model was used to diagnose the obstacle factors,and reasonable suggestions were put forward.The results showed that from 2014 to 2018,the overall level of land intensive use in Hefei metropolitan area showed an increasing trend,rising from 0.11 to 0.29.The change range of land intensive use grade in Ma’anshan and Lu’an is larger than that in Hefei and Chuzhou.The main obstacle factors affecting Hefei metropolitan area are elasticity coefficient of population land use growth and gross land product per capita.
