摘要
环己酮法生产己内酰胺所产生的废水含大量偶氮、杂环、苯环以及其他多环类有机污染物,其中肟化和重排装置所排废水有机物浓度高、可生化性差,采用芬顿预氧化-水解酸化-两级AO-臭氧催化氧化-深度AO生化-后臭氧氧化组合工艺可有效处理该污水。工程运行结果表明,主要出水指标可达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。介绍了该工艺的流程、主要设计参数、处理效果及运行成本。
Wastewater produced by the production of caprolactam using cyclohexanone method contains a large amount of azo,heterocyclic,benzene ring and other polycyclic organic pollutants.Among them,the wastewater discharged from oximation and rearrangement device has high organic matters concentration and poor biodegradability.Using a combined process of Fenton pre-oxidation-hydraulic acidification-two stage AO-catalytic ozonation-deep AO biochemical-post ozone oxidation can effectively treat the said kind of sewage.The results of the project operation showed that,the main effluent indicators could meet the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.The process flow,main design parameters,treatment effect and cost were introduced.
