摘要
采用粉末活性炭-A/O生物脱氮工艺对尼龙66生产废水进行处理,对投加与不投加粉末活性炭两种情况下该工艺的生产运行数据进行了汇总和整理。实验结果表明:在废水水量及污染物浓度增加的条件下,通过投加PAC,使系统对废水COD的去除率从85.7%提高到90.9%,NH3-N去除率由51.06%提高到67.66%,出水COD和NH3-N质量浓度分别达到112.53mg/L和19.51mg/L,均低于国家二级排放标准,解决了企业面临的处理废水不达标的问题。
The wastewater from nylon-66 production was treated by PACT-A/O process. Though the wastewater quantity and contaminant concentration are increased after the extension of the production plant' s capacity, the removal rates of COD and NH3-N are increased from 85.7% and 51.06% to 90.9% and 67.66% respectively by means of combining PACT with the original A/O process; COD and NH3-N mass concentrations of the effluent are 112.53 mg/L and 19.51 mg/L,each of them is below the second grade of the national discharge standards.
