摘要
随着1553B总线在航空系统和地面车辆系统中分布式从属设备连接方式的广泛应用,提高武器装备保障体系中的测试设备的设计灵活性、可靠性以及可确定性显得尤为重要;因此,提出了一种基于1553B总线架构的PXI总线测试设备的设计方法与实现方式,满足了武器装备测试时间不大于30分钟、故障检测率不小于98%、模糊度1时故障隔离率不小于75%、模糊度2时故障隔离率不小于98%、虚警率不大于2%等测试要求;经过工程实际应用表明,能够满足装备的测试需求,具有良好的可扩展性、实时性和可靠性等特点,对武器装备测试领域的设备研制有一定的参考价值。
With the wide application of 1553B bus in the connection mode of distributed slave equipment in aviation system and ground vehicle system,it is particularly important to improve the design flexibility,reliability and certainty of test equipment in weapon equipment support system.Therefore,a design method and implementation of PXI bus test equipment based on 1553B bus architecture are proposed,which meets the test requirements of weapon equipment,such as no more than 30 minutes of the test time,no less than 98%of the fault detection rate,no less than 75%of the fault isolation rate,when the fuzziness reachs 1,the fault isolation rate is no less than 98%when the fuzziness reaches 2,the false alarm rate is no less than 2%.The engineering application shows that it can meet the equipment testing requirements and has the characteristics of good scalability,real-time and reliability.It has a certain reference value for the equipment development in the field of weapon equipment testing.
