以美国海军RT-CASS通用ATE软件平台PAWS为例,介绍了通用ATE软件平台在测试系统集成和TPS开发中的优越性,同时也介绍了IEEE1226ABBET标准、Windows COM标准内容。
As an example of PAWS software which using in American NAVY’s RT-CASS, the advantages of PAWS software in test system integrating and TPS de- velopment are introduced. And the standards of IEEE 1226 ABBET and Windows COM which related to PAWS are introduced too.
