摘要
战伤救治能力高低对军队卫勤战斗力和保障力有重要影响,由于我军数十年未经历战争考验,战伤救治能力究竟如何无法科学评价。本文采用卫生技术评估方法,对战伤救治效果的文献进行检索,分析我军卫勤保障能力现状,并提出加强军民融合、自救互救训练、计算机模拟评估等的建议。
The ability of treating war wounds has an important influence on the battle effectiveness and support ability of military medical service.Since our army has not experienced the war test for decades,it is impossible to evaluate the ability of treating war wound scientifically.This paper used the method of health technology as⁃sessment to search the literature of battle wound treatment effect,analyzed the present situation of our military med⁃ical service support ability,and put forward the suggestion of strengthening the military-civilian integration,selfrescue and mutual rescue training,computer simulation evaluation and so on.
