摘要
目的:探究在肩袖损伤修复术患者术后康复阶段予以延伸护理干预的临床价值。方法:研究选.取2019年9月-2020年10月本院收治的肩袖损伤修复术患者92例将研究中采集数据以随机分组形式均分为2组,对照组患者予以常规术后康复护理干预,观察组基于前者实施延伸护理;对比观察2组患者护理有效性、肩关节功能.生活质量及患者满意度。结果:(1)经对比,观察组护理有效性较对照组有明显提高(P<0.05);(2)对比2组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分,护理前无差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组较对照组有明显提高(95.65%>82.61%)(P<0.05)1(3)对比生活质量评分(SF-36),护理前无差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)对比患者护理满意度,观察组对比对照组有明显提高(93.63%>76.09%)(P<0.05)。结论:在肩袖损伤修复术患者术后康复阶段予以延伸护理干预效果显著,可促进患者肩关节功能的改善,并提升患者生活质量及护理满意度,建议在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of extended nursing intervention in patients with rotator cuff injury repair.Methods:The selected patients were all patients with rotator cuff repair surgery admitted to our hospital(number of included cases:92;case collection time:September 2019-October 2020),and the data collected in the study were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group A was given routine postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention,and group B was given extended nursing based on the former;the nursing effectiveness,shoulder joint function,quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)After comparison,the nursing effectiveness of group B was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score between the two groups,there was no difference before nursing(P>0.05).Compared with group A,group B had a significant increase of 95.65%>82.61%(P<0.05);(3)compared with the quality of life score(SF-36),there was no difference before nursing(P>0.05),after nursing,group B significantly improved It was higher than that of group A(P<0.05);(4)Compared with the nursing satisfaction of patients,group B had a significant increase of 95.65%>76.09%(P<0.05)compared with group A.Conclusion:The effect of extended nursing intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation stage of patients with rotator cuff injury repair is significant,which can promote the improvement of patients^shoulder joint function,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.It is recommended to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
