摘要
干部教育培训工作及干部培训教材建设对造就高素质的管理干部队伍至关重要。国家林业和草原局历来重视林草干部教育培训工作,中国林业出版社作为服务林草行业的专业出版社,为完善林草干部培训体系,自“十二五”开始,以实用性、科学性、前瞻性、权威性为原则策划出版了系列干部培训教材,取得了一定的成果。“十四五”期间应从做好顶层设计、健全教材更新机制、创新出版形式、实现分层分类教材全覆盖等方面开展干部培训教材出版工作,更好地服务林草中心工作。
The training work and the development of the cadre training materials are very important to cultivate high quality management cadres.National Forestry and Grassland Administration has always attached great importance to the education and training of cadres of forest and grassland.As a professional publishing house serving the forest and grass industry,China Forestry Publishing House has planned and published a series of training materials which are practical,scientific,visionary and definitive since the 12^(th) Five-Year Plan.The published training materials have achieved certain results.In order to serve the central work of forestry and grassland better,the publishing work of cadre training materials should be carried out by completing top-level design,improving the updating mechanism of teaching materials,innovating the publishing form,achieving full coverage of hierarchical classification of teaching materials and so on.
