摘要
中国共产党干部教育培训师资队伍建设,在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期以及中国特色社会主义新时代,有着不尽相同的举措和特点。百余年来,党的干部教育培训师资队伍建设积累了许多宝贵经验,具体包括围绕党的中心工作来建设师资队伍、党的领袖和高级干部亲自担任教员、党中央领导人直接指导师资队伍建设、高度重视专职教师的选拔培养、营造良好的师资队伍成长氛围、建设力量雄厚的兼职教师队伍、出台一系列保障性的政策文件等,这些经验对于当前加强和改进党的干部教育培训师资队伍建设具有重要启示意义。
Faculty development for leadership education and training of the CPC has different measures and characteristics during the periods of the new democratic revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,the reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.During the process of more than a hundred years,the CPC has accumulated many valuable experiences about faculty development for leadership education and training,including faculty development with focus on the central work of the Party,the leaders of the Party and senior leaders serving as teachers,the leaders of the Party Central Committee directly guiding faculty development,attaching great importance to the selection and training of full-time teachers,creating a good atmosphere for the growth of teachers,building a strong part-time teaching staff,making a series of supportive policies,which are of great significance of inspiration for strengthening and improving the faculty development of the Party’s leadership education and training.
