摘要
为进一步提高县(市)林业和草原局局长培训项目的效果,更好地达到扩充其知识储备和提高综合素质能力的目的,本文从培训需求角度入手,采用问卷调查方法,对培训的频次、时长、组织方式、类型、内容、教学方式、师资等重要影响因素进行了系统分析。以需求为导向,结合培训现状和当前一个时期林草事业发展的重点,建议在完善培训需求调研基础上,从加强培训规划、优化培训内容、改进培训方式方法和丰富培训师资等方面,优化培训设计,切实提高县(市)林业和草原局局长培训质量。
This paper makes an analysis and evaluation of various factors including training frequency,duration,organization modes,training types,contents,teaching methods and teachers,to summarize the training needs of directors of county-level forestry and grassland bureaus which may influence the training effect.Based on the analysis and the present situation,this paper also puts forward suggestions about how to strengthen training planning,optimize training contents,improve teaching methods and enrich training teachers,to promote the training quality of trainings for directors of county-level forestry and grassland bureaus.
