摘要
目的研究分析中医护理技术在混合痔患者手术后疼痛管理中的应用价值。方法选取于我院行手术治疗的混合痔患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(n=47)与中医组(n=47),常规组患者予以常规护理,中医组患者在上述基础上应用中医护理技术,对两组患者干预前后疼痛评分、生活质量评分、抑郁焦虑评分、并发症发生率、各项症状消失时间及护理满意度进行比较分析。结果两组患者疼痛评分在护理前相比,差异不明显,护理后均有所改善,中医组改善效果优于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量评分在护理前相比无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后中医组患者生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者抑郁、焦虑评分在护理前相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后中医组患者抑郁、焦虑评分低于常规组(P<0.05);并发症发生率中医组较常规组低(P<0.05);中医组各项症状消失时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);护理满意度分别为中医组较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论混合痔患者手术后在常规护理基础上应用中医护理技术,不仅可以减轻患者术后疼痛,纠正负性情绪,还可促进生活质量及护理满意度提升,减少并发症发生,加快临床症状消失,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To study and analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology in postoperative pain management of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety-four patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgery in Humen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2021 were divided into routine group(n=41)and TCM group(n=47)by random number table.The patients in the routine group were given routine nursing,and those in the TCM group received TCM nursing technology on the basis of the routine nursing.The pain score,quality of life score,depression and anxiety score,incidence of complications,disappearance time of various symptoms,and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in pain score,quality of life score and depression and anxiety score between the two groups before nursing(all P>0.05).However,after nursing,the TCM group had better pain improvement,higher quality of life and lower depression and anxiety than the routine group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the routine group and the TCM group were 23.40%and 4.26%,respectively,with remarkable difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various symptoms in the TCM group was shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the routine group and the TCM group were 78.72%and 97.87%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM nursing technology in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation can reduce the postoperative pain,improve negative emotions,enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,lower the occurrence of complications and accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
