摘要
目的对混合痔患者术后实施中医特色护理干预,以此来更好地指导临床实践工作。方法研究对象来自于我院2017年1—12月接受手术治疗的60例混合痔患者,基于病床号奇偶性将其划分为研究组和对照组(每组30例),对照组采用常规护理方式,研究组接受中医特色护理干预,观察对比两组临床效果。结果研究组患者疼痛度、伤口愈合时间明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对于混合痔患者而言,在术后实施中医特色护理干预,有利于缓解疼痛,使得手术切口尽快愈合,值得临床医务人员学习与运用。
Objective To study the TCM characteristic nursing intervention of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation, in order to better guide clinical practice. Methods The subjects of this study were 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment from January to December 2017 in our hospital. The subjects were divided into the control group and the study group based on the odd and even character of the hospital bed number. The control group was given routine nursing, the study group was given TCM specific nursing intervention, and observed and compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The pain degree and wound healing time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with mixed hemorrhoids, the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention after the operation is beneficial to relieve the pain and make the surgical incision heal as soon as possible.
