摘要
校企合作是高校和企业联合培养面向社会的技术专业型人才的有效途径。校企合作的基本要点是找准校企双方共同的利益点,这样才能实现校企双方的优势互补和合作共赢。本文通过构建校企演化博弈模型,从理论上对校企合作的稳定性进行深入的分析,得出影响校企合作稳定的关键因素,并对深化校企合作提出了相关的对策和建议。
University-enterprise cooperation is an effective way for universities and enterprises to jointly cultivate high-tech professional, society-ready talents. How to realize the relatively uniform of their goals,it’s important to find the common points of the profit in the university and enterprise,to realize complementary advantages and“win-win”cooperation. An evolutionary game model was constructed, and the stability and the influencing factors of cooperation between universities and enterprises were researched. Finally suggestions were given to achieve the stability of cooperation.
