摘要
面对潜藏暴力风险的执法现场,警用武力毋庸置疑地成为执法能力的重要构成。植根于执法活动的过程性,警察武力使用技能天然地在实施、效能、准备等方面存在与执法行动相融合的本质特征。在警用武力教学中嵌入和彰显行动性,需要重建警察武力使用“一体化”的能力类型,塑造融合式的武力使用教学,在知识类型、教学平台、能力维度三个方面实现融通整合,构建面向行动的警训教学融合,以多元要素关联的能力态势评价模式作为评价保证。
On the law enforcement scene with potential violence risk,police force has undoubtedly become an important component of law enforcement capability.Rooted in the process of law enforcement activities,the skills of police force use naturally consist the essential characteristics of integration with law enforcement actions in implementation,efficiency and preparation.To embed and highlight the activities in the police force teaching,we need to rebuild the capacity type of“integration”of police force use,shape the integrated police force use teaching,realize the integration in the three aspects of knowledge type,teaching platform and capacity dimension,build the activity oriented police training and teaching integration,and take the capability evaluation mode related to multiple elements as the evaluation guarantee.
