针对室内空气污染处理的交直流耦合大气压辉光放电

摘要 通过构造交直流耦合电极结构,形成了较大面积的辉光放电并进行了空气净化研究。首先,研究了碳纤维螺旋电极的电场分布特征,分析了非均匀电场产生大气压空气辉光放电的可能性。其次,提出了碳纤维螺旋电极与网状电极的交直流耦合放电模式,分析了网状电极施加不同极性直流电压对电场分布的影响。结果表明,网状电极施加正极性直流电压时,利用碳纤维螺旋电极放电产生种子电子,可以在5 mm间隙内形成弥散的辉光放电。最后,利用制作的空气净化装置在60 min内将甲醛、TVOC和细颗粒物等污染物的浓度都降到国家标准以下。 In this paper,by constructing an AC-DC coupled electrode structure,a large area of glow discharge was formed and air purification research was carried out.Firstly,the electric field distribution characteristics of the carbon fiber helical electrode were studied,and the possibility of non-uniform electric field to generate atmospheric pressure air glow discharge was analyzed.Secondly,the AC-DC coupling discharge mode between the carbon fiber spiral electrode and the mesh electrode was proposed,and the effect of applying DC voltages of different polarities to the mesh electrode on the electric field distribution was analyzed.The results showed that when a positive DC voltage was applied to the mesh electrode,seed electrons were generated by the carbon fiber spiral electrode discharge,and a diffuse glow discharge can be formed within a 5 mm gap.Finally,the air purification device made was used to reduce the concentration of pollutants such as formaldehyde,TVOC and fine particulate matter,to a level below the national standard within 60 minutes.
