摘要
以盾构机主轴承为研究对象,对主推滚道的接触疲劳作用机理进行了有限元分析。由于盾构机主轴承尺寸过大,采用简化的主推滚道接触模型进行有限元分析;通过对比滚道接触应力的理论解与数值模拟解,验证了数值模型的有效性。基于FRANC3D在滚道表面插入一个半椭圆形裂纹,研究了载荷和表面摩擦因数对主推滚道疲劳损伤的影响规律。
Taking the main bearing of the shield machine as the research object,and a finite element analysis on the contact fatigue mechanism of the main thrust raceway is carried out.Considering the size of the main bearing of the shield machine is too large,a simplified main thrust raceway contact model is used for finite element analysis,and the validity of the numerical model is verified by comparing the theoretical solution and numerical simulation solution of raceway contact stress.A semi-elliptical crack is inserted into the raceway surface based on FRANC3D to study the influence of load and friction coefficient on the fatigue damage of the main thrust raceway.
