摘要
针对规定寿命1 000 h的某型直升机发动机主动齿轮轴承在工作不足100 h便出现掉块的现象,通过外观检查、组织和硬度等检查,对失效轴承进行了分析,结果显示:轴承个别滚子凸度过小,致使滚子端部应力过大是其产生疲劳掉块的根本原因;滚子直径相互差偏大是导致个别滚子首先发生疲劳剥落的重要因素。并针对存在的问题提出了改进建议。
The driving gear bearing in an helicopter engine is found fracture in 100 h while its specified life time is 1 O00h. The failure bearing is analyzed through visual inspection, structure and hardness check . The results show that too small convexity on some rollers is crucial to the bearing fatigue, resulting in abnormal load on the roller end, and difference between the rollers diameter is also an important factor of the rollers fatigue spalling. The improvement sug- gestions are put forward.
