摘要
通过金相检验、化学分析、硬度检测等手段对主动齿轮热处理畸变与断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,主动齿轮材料中带状组织严重偏析、淬火温度偏高及工装夹具畸变大等是导致齿轮畸变与断裂的主要原因。经严把材料关,采用合适的校直方法,获得了满意的校直效果。
The heat treatment distortion and fracture of the drive gears were analyzed by means of metallographic examination,chemical composition analysis,hardness test,etc.The results show that the severe banded structure segregation in original material of the gear,the higher quenching temperature and the great distortion for fixture were the main reason to cause heat treatment distortion and fracture of the gears,and its improving measures were advanced in this paper.Satisfying results can be obtained by suitable straightening method for distorted drive gears.
