摘要
目的:以HPV疫苗接种为例,探讨预防性干预措施潜在价值合理估计的贴现方式。方法:概述目前卫生经济学或药物经济学评价中常用的贴现方式,结合相关实例比较不同的贴现方式下HPV疫苗接种的潜在价值。结果:不同的贴现方式对HPV疫苗接种的潜在价值估计影响较大,甚至可能导致结论逆转。结论:应当依据干预措施具体特点和研究时限选择恰当的贴现方式和贴现率。
Objective:Taking HPV vaccination as an example, to explore a discount method for reasonable estimation of the potential value of preventive interventions.Methods:It summarizes the discounting methods commonly used in health economics or pharmacoeconomics evaluation, and compares the potential value of HPV vaccination under different discounting methods with relevant examples.Results:Different discounting methods have a greater impact on the estimated potential value of HPV vaccination, and may even lead to a reversal of the conclusion.Conclusion:The appropriate discount method and discount rate should be selected according to the specific characteristics of the intervention measures and the research time limit.
