摘要
以高职在校生为调查样本,进行职业价值观现状分析,调查表明大部分学生具有积极的职业价值观,但也有少部分学生职业价值观出现了偏差,表现为缺少奉献精神、缺乏职业理想、自身能力认识不清等问题,针对这些问题给出了职业价值观培育的策略,为高职学生职业价值观的培养提供有益的参考。
With the sample of high vocational students,the present situation of the vocational value is analyzed,the survey shows that most students have an active sense of vocational value,but there are some students whose sense of vocational value have been deviated.These deviation show that they are in lack of the devoting spirit,vocational ideals,and they are not clear about their own abilities etc.The strategy on the vocational sense of value is put forward and good reference for the cultivation of high vocational students’sense of value is offered in this paper.
