摘要
目的:调查精神分裂症康复期患者关怀需求现状,探讨其影响因素,为护理人员更好地提供针对性人文关怀提供依据。方法:多阶段分层整群随机抽样法选取2019年5月-2020年6月在广州市民政局精神病院住院治疗的80例康复期精神分裂症患者为调查对象,自行设计的精神分裂症康复期关怀需求问卷评估全部患者关怀需求现状,并采用单因素和多元线性回归分析影响其相关因素。结果:纳入80例精神分裂症康复期患者护理关怀需求总分为(132.85±5.89)分,条目均分为(3.80±0.63)分,其中爱与归属的需要维度评分最高为(27.89±5.94)分,生理需要的需求维度评分最低为(25.01±3.61)分。单因素分析显示,不同婚姻状况、疾病复发次数、病程、家庭关注度、就业情况、护理满意度患者关怀需求比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果表明,婚姻状况是影响精神分裂症康复期患者关怀需求的独立因素(P<0.05),而疾病复发次数、病程、家庭关注度、疾病支出费用、主要照顾者、就业情况、护理满意度不是影响精神分裂症康复期患者关怀需求方面的因素(P>0.05)。结论:疾病复发次数、病程、家庭关注度、就业情况均是影响精神分裂症康复期患者关怀需求的因素,临床医护人员应更加重视患者康复阶段爱与归属关怀需求,并针对不同患者予以针对性干预。
Objective:To investigate the present situation of care needs of schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period,and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for nurses to better provide targeted humanistic care.Method:By multistage stratified cluster random sampling method,80 schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period in Mental Hospital of Civil Affairs Bureau of Guangzhou from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the survey objects.The self-designed questionnaire of care needs for schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period was used to evaluate the present situation of care needs of all patients,and single factor and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the related factors.Result:The total score of nursing care needs of 80 patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period was (132.85±5.89) points,and the average score of the items was (3.80±0.63) points,of which the highest score of love and belonging needs was (27.89±5.94) points,the lowest score of the need dimension of physiological needs was (25.01±3.61) points.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the care needs of patients with different marital status,disease recurrence,disease duration,family attention,employment status,and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that:marital status was an independent factor affecting the care needs of patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period (P<0.05),however,the number of disease recurrence,course of disease,family attention,disease expenditure,main caregivers,employment status and nursing satisfaction were not the factors affecting the care needs of patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period (P>0.05).Conclusion:The number of disease recurrences,course of disease,family attention and employment are the factors affecting the care needs of schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period.Clinical medical staff should pay more attention to the needs of love and belong
