摘要
目的了解居家特困老人人文关怀感知体验及需求,为构建针对性人文关怀服务模式提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法选取武汉市4个社区的15名老年人进行一对一半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果居家特困老人的良好关怀体验包括负责任的主动帮助、有人问候与交流,不足关怀体验包括家人关心不足、社区人员主动关心不够;关怀需求包括生活帮助需求、问候及陪伴需求、就医需求、意外情况下的援助需求、公益性关怀需求。结论居家特困老人对关怀的体验有待提高,关怀需求多元化。应及时了解特困老人的关怀需求,构建有针对性的人文关怀服务模式。
Objective To understand the lived experience and needs of humanistic care among the housebound elderly with special difficulties in Wuhan, and to provide references for the construction of targeted humanistic care model. Methods Objective sampling method was used to select 15 housebound elderly people with special difficulties from 4 communities in Wuhan for one-to-one half-structured in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed with Colaizzi′s 7-step analytical method. Results The good experience of the elderly with special difficulties included responsible and proactive help, being greeted and communicated with;the bad experience included insufficient care from family members and inadequate proactive care from community service members. Care needs of the elderly included life-assisted helps, greetings and companionship, medical treatment, adequate aid in case of emergencies and public welfare services. Conclusion The care experience of the elderly with special difficulties ought to be improved, and they have diversified care needs. We should understand the care needs of the elderly with special difficulties and construct a targeted humanistic care service model.
