摘要
目的通过数据挖掘探讨刘震主任医师治疗胃食管反流病的用药及组方规律。方法收集2012年1月-2021年12月期间就诊于刘震主任处的胃食管反流病患者信息,对之进行频数统计、关联规则、复杂网络等分析,总结刘震主任治疗该病的基础用药规律。结果经过筛选整理出2182首处方,方中共涉及中药289味,使用频次超过800次的药物有17味;药物多归脾、肺、胃、肝经;多用苦、辛、甘味药,药性以温、平、寒为主;理气药所占比重最大,其次为补气、化湿药;得到关联药对501对,基础方5个。结论刘震主任认为气滞、湿阻、血瘀是其重要病理因素,以健脾理气、活血化湿为基本治则,在胃食管反流病的遣方用药上提供了新的思路。
Objective To explore the medication and prescription rule of chief physician Liu Zhen in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)by data mining.Methods The information of patients with GERD treated by chief physician Liu Zhen from January 2012 to December 2021 wascollectedand screened.The frequency statistics,association rules,complex network analysis were analyzed to summarize his basic medication rules in the treatment of GERD.Results A total of 2,182 prescriptions were screened and sorted out,involving 289 traditional Chinese drugs,17 of which were used more than 800 times.Most of the drugs belonged to the spleen,lung,stomach,liver,heart,etc.,in terms of channel tropism.Drugs of the bitter,pungent and sweet flavors and of the warm,mild and cold natures were usedin those prescriptions.Drugs for regulating qi accounted for the largest proportion,followed by drugs for tonifying qi and dissolving dampness.A total of 501 couplet medicines and 5 basic prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Liu Zhen proposes that qi stagnation,dampness and blood stasis are important pathological factors for GERD,taking invigorating spleen and regulating qi,activating blood circulation and removing dampness as the basic treatment principle.His insights provide a new idea in drawing up prescriptions and medications for the treatment of the disease.
