皖江城市带经济高质量发展水平测度及动态演进——基于Kernel密度估计与基尼系数分析

摘要 皖江城市带与长三角地区相接,区位优越,开发潜力巨大。通过构建面向新时代的经济高质量发展水平测度体系,测度承接产业转移规划政策背景下皖江城市带经济高质量发展水平并利用Kernel密度分析法和基尼系数法进行实证研究,分析其演变趋势。研究结果表明,首先,皖江城市带的经济高质量发展水平在2010-2019年期间整体呈现略下降趋势,主要经历了“缓慢下降-稳步上升-波动下降”的过程。其次,区域协调发展方面,皖江经济带城市经济发展水平差异程度呈现波动上升趋势,出现了区域内不协调发展的现象。 The Wanjiang City Belt is connected to the Yangtze River Delta region,with excellent location and huge development potential.A measurement system refers to high-quality economic development in the new era has been constructed.The high-quality economic development level of Wanjiang City Belt against the background of undertaking industrial transfer program of these cities has been measured,and the regulation of its distribution has been analyzed through empirical study using Kernel density analysis and Gini coefficient method.There are two study results.Firstly,the high-quality economic development level of cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui showed a slightly declining trend in 2010-2019,which underwent a progress of"slow decline,steady increase and fluctuating decrease".Secondly,the distance level of economic development in cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui was unsteadily increasing,which illustrated a phenomenon of discordance.
