摘要
本文基于对经济高质量发展内涵的深刻理解,从经济发展、创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放水平、民生发展六个维度枸建了中国经济高质量发展指标体系,提出了PCA-EM二次加权评价模型,综合运用变异系数法、地理探测器等方法对中国八大区域的经济高质量发展水平进行测度研究.结果表明:八大区域经济高质量发展总体上呈现"沿海地区-东北西北地区-其他地区"递减的空间分布格局,各区域内部省份间的变异程度存在差别,不同区域各维度发展的不平衡现象明显,所考察的六维度中,经济发展、创新发展、协调发展、民生发展四因素对八大区域经济高质量发展的驱动作用均显著,且任意两因素的交互作用均增强了对八大区域经济高质量发展空间分异的解释力,基于实证研究结论,本文提出了推动中国区域经济高质量发展的对策建议。
Starting from the connotation of high-quality economic development,this paper constructs the indicator system of high-quality economic development in China from six dimensions of economic development,innovation achievement,coordinated development,green development,open level and social development,puts forward the PCA-EM secondary weighted evaluation model,and comprehensively uses the statistical methods such as variation coefficient method and geographical detector to measure and study the level of high-quality economic development in eight regions of China.The results show that:On the whole,the spatial distribution pattern of high-quality economic development of the eight major regions is“coastal area-northeast and northwest regions-other regions”.The variation degree of the provinces in different regions are different,and the unbalanced development of different regions and dimensions is obvious.Among the six dimensions,cconomice development,innovative development,coordinated development and social development have signifcant driving feets on the high-quality eco-nomic development of the eight regions,and the interaction of any two factors will enhance the spatial differentiation.Based on the conclusion of our research,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the level of high-quality development of China's regional economy.
