摘要
目的探讨桔贝合剂联合氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2019年5月来本院治疗的小儿支气管哮喘患儿133例为对象,依随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,分别为68、65例,对照组采用氨溴特罗口服液治疗,观察组在对照组上联合桔贝合剂治疗。对比两组临床疗效、两组治疗前后肺功能、免疫功能,两组咳嗽、哮鸣音、喘憋、气促、胸闷体征消失时间,记录两组不良反应。结果观察组治疗后总有效率95.59%,高于对照组的73.85%(P<0.05);观察组用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计百分比(predicted percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second,FEV1%pred)及FEV1/FVC明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清免疫球蛋白G(immune globulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(immune globulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(immune globulin M,IgM)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、喘憋消失时间、气促消失时间与胸闷消失时间均较对照组早(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率2.94%,低于对照组不良反应率的21.54%(P<0.05)。结论桔贝合剂联合氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿支气管哮喘可显著提高临床疗效,改善患儿肺功能及免疫功能,临床体征消失时间短,安全性好,有推广及应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of Jubei mixture combined with ambrocol oral solution on the protection of pulmonary function and the recovery of immune function in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 133 children with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases and 65 cases respectively.The control group was treated with ambrocol oral solution,and the observation group was treated with Jubei mixture on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,recorded the changes of pulmonary function and immune function before and after treatment,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing,wheezing,shortness of breath and chest tightness,and recorded the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.59%,higher than 73.85%in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of pulmonary function in the observation group,such as forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1%pred)and FEV1/FVC,were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IGA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,wheezing,wheezing,shortness of breath and chest tightness in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 2.94%,significantly lower than that in the control group 21.54%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jubei mixture and ambrocol oral solution in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the pulmonary function,restore the immune function,shorten the time for the disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs in children,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clini
