摘要
目的分析梅毒感染孕产妇所生儿童的管理情况及影响因素。方法以本院2017年10月—2019年10月内收治的35例梅毒感染孕妇所生儿童为本次研究对象,均采取规范管理,统计分析管理情况及影响因素。结果(1)所选研究对象有5例新生儿在3月龄死亡,占比14.29%;其余研究对象所生儿童9、12、15及18月龄时的排除感染率分别为28.57%、20.00%、22.86%、5.71%;且15月龄有3例失访,占比8.57%。(2)产妇年龄、产妇文化程度、婚姻状态、产妇孕期治疗对梅毒感染产妇所生儿童管理结果影响显著(P<0.05)。结论梅毒感染孕产妇所生儿童的管理影响因素主要为孕产妇的年龄小、受教育程度低、未婚及孕期未接受抗梅毒治疗等,对此可根据影响因素采取个性化规范管理,对认知不足的产妇进行深入健康教育等,以起到降低梅毒新生儿出生率的目的。
Objective To analyze the management and influencing factors of children with born to syphilis-infected mothers.Methods A total of 35 children born to pregnant women with syphilis who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.Standardized management was adopted,and the management situation and influencing factors were statistically analyzed.Results(1)In the selected study subjects,5 newborns died at the age of 3 months,accounting for 14.29%;the exclusion rates of children born to the remaining subjects at 9,12,15 and 18 months of age were 28.57%,20.00%,22.86%,5.71%respectively,and 3 cases were lost to follow-up at the age of 15 months,accounting for 8.57%.(2)Maternal age,maternal education,marital status,and maternal treatment during pregnancy had significant effects on the management of children born to syphilis-infected mothers(P<0.05).Conclusion The main influencing factors for the management of children born to syphilis-infected mothers are young age,low education level,unmarried and not receiving anti-syphilis treatment during pregnancy.In this regard,personalized standardized management can be adopted according to the influencing factors,and in-depth health education can be carried out for women with cognitive deficiency,in order to reduce the birth rate of syphilis newborns.
