微量元素缺乏对党参幼苗表观特征和生长的影响及部分生理特性测定 被引量:6

Effects of Trace Element Deficiency on the Growth,Apparent Characteristics and Partial Physiological Characteristics Determination of Codonopsis pilosula Seedlings

摘要 为了探究微量元素缺乏对素花党参幼苗生长及部分生理特性的影响,本试验设置5个处理,分别为全营养(ck)、缺Fe、缺Mn、缺Cu、缺Zn,测定各处理条件下党参幼苗生长、生理及氮、磷、钾元素含量指标。结果表明,缺Fe处理素花党参幼苗的缺素表征明显,株高、根长、叶绿素与可溶性蛋白含量均显著降低,细胞膜脂质过氧化程度最高;缺Zn处理次之。各处理素花党参幼苗地上、地下部位全氮、全磷、全钾的含量差异达到显著水平,地上部分全磷、全钾的含量均升高,地下部分全氮、全磷的含量以缺Fe处理组为最低。研究表明,素花党参幼苗对缺Fe、缺Zn比较敏感,对缺Mn、缺Cu的耐性较高。 In order to explore the effects of trace elements absence on the growth and some physiological characteristics of Codonopsis pilosula seedlings,five deficient treatments were set,which were total nutrition(ck),Fe deficiency,Mn deficiency,Cu deficiency,Zn deficiency.The growth,physiological and nutritional indicators such as N,P,K element were measured under these treatments.The results showed that the seedlings were mostly affected by Fe deficiency.The plant height,root length and number of chlorophyll and soluble protein significantly decreased,and the lipid peroxidation of cell membrane was the highest,followed by Zn deficiency treatment.Under the different treatments,the difference between the absorption of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium among the aboveground and underground parts of Codonopsis pilosula seedings reached a significant level.the absorption of total phosphorus and total potassium among the aboveground parts increased bothly,The absorption of total nitrogen and total phosphorus for the Fe deficiency treatment was the lowest.In a comprehensive comparison,the seedlings of Codonopsis pilosula were sensitive to Fe deficiency and Zn deficiency,but had high tolerance to Mn deficiency and Cu deficiency.
