OBE理念下的卫星导航职业教育策略研究

摘要 成果导向教育(OBE)作为《华盛顿协议》框架内的先进教学理念和工程教育模式,已拓展到终身学习领域,在高校职业教育中得到越来越多的应用。针对我国卫星导航职业教育及人才培养培训需求,将OBE理念纳入教育全流程,以学员为中心,以成果为导向,分析了基于OBE的教学设计思路,并从教育目标、培训方法、教员队伍、评价体系等方面展开研究,使用态势分析法,提出深化改进教育成效的若干思考,加速创新应用型人才的培育步伐。 Outcome-Based Education(OBE),as an advanced teaching concept and engineering education model within the framework of the Washington Agreement,has been extended to the field of life-long learning,and has been more and more applied in higher vocational education.Aiming at the needs of satellite navigation vocational education and talent training in China,this paper integrates the OBE concept into the whole process of education,takes students as the center and outcome as the guidance,analyzes the teaching design ideas based on OBE,studies from the aspects of the educational objectives,the training methods,the teaching staff and the evaluation system,uses SWOT analytical method,and puts forward some thoughts on deepening and improving the effectiveness of education,thus to accelerate the cultivation of innovative and applied talents.
