摘要
近些年来,在社会经济稳步发展的背景下,我国医疗事业水平呈现了较为快速的发展态势。而对于宣传工作来说,则是医院整体工作中非常重要的一部分。做好医院宣传工作,有助于提高相关医护人员的荣誉感和积极性,从而促进医疗服务水平的提高。而对于人力资源管理来说,则侧重“以人为本”的管理理念,将人力资源管理渗透到医院宣传工作当中,则有助于医院宣传工作规范性及科学性的提升。因此,文章以人力资源管理在医院宣传工作中应用的价值作用为切入点,进一步分析人力资源管理在医院宣传工作中应用的现状问题,并提出具体应用要点,希望以此促进医院宣传工作效率及质量的全面提升。
In recent years,under the background of steady development of social economy,the level of China’s medical industry has shown a relatively rapid development trend.For the publicity work,it is a very important part of the overall work of the hospital.To do a good job of hospital publicity is helpful to improve the safety awareness and health awareness of relevant medical staff,so as to promote the improvement of medical quality.For human resource management,it focuses on the“people-oriented”management concept,and infiltrates the human resource management into the hospital publicity work,which is helpful to improve the standardization and scientificity of hospital publicity work.Therefore,this paper takes the value of human resource management in hospital publicity as the breakthrough point,further analyzes the current situation of human resource management in hospital publicity,and puts forward specific application points,hoping to promote the overall improvement of hospital publicity efficiency and quality.
