摘要
城市生活垃圾的分类管理对环境保护具有重要意义,在城市生活垃圾分类管理的过程中,社会参与能优化城市整体治理效能。文章运用定性研究方法,通过演绎归纳剖析环境友好型社会参与新旧动能转换的影响机理,阐释了环境友好型社会参与、新旧动能转换和城市生活垃圾分类管理绩效的关系,构建了理论框架,并基于既有文献回顾和归纳,得出结论:新旧动能转换纳入环境友好型社会参与城市生活垃圾分类管理绩效过程中,有助于提升环境友好型社会参与城市生活垃圾分类管理绩效,新旧动能转换是环境友好型社会参与城市生活垃圾分类管理绩效的重要中介变量;政府规制在环境友好型社会参与和新旧动能转换之间具有积极的调节作用,政府规制是环境友好型社会参与和新旧动能转换的重要调节变量。
The classification management of municipal solid waste is of great significance to environmental protection.In the process of classification management of municipal solid waste,social participation can optimize the overall efficiency of urban governance.Using qualitative research method,deductive induction analysis in this environment friendly society to participate in the influence of the old and the new kinetic energy conversion mecahnism,explains the environment friendly society participation,old and new kinetic energy conversion and the performance of urban living garbage classification management,constructed the theoretical framework,and based on literature review and induction,come to the conclusion that the conversion of old and new kinetic energy into the process of environment-friendly society's participation in the performance of urban solid waste classification management promotes the environment-friendly society's participation in the performance of urban solid waste classification management,and the conversion of old and new kinetic energy is an important intermediary variable of environment-friendly society's participation in the performance of urban solid waste classification management.Government regulation has a positive moderating effect between environment-friendly social participation and the transformation of old and new driving forces.Government regulation is an important moderating variable of environment-friendly social participation and the transformation of old and new driving forces.
