数控压力充气泵在预防截瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究数控压力充气泵在预防截瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)中的应用价值。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月本院收治的76例截瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,各38例。对照组给予常规预防方案,实验组在对照组基础上加用数控压力充气泵,比较两组治疗20 d后DVT发生情况、治疗前及治疗20 d后凝血指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)]、血小板(PLT)计数、凝血综合指数(CI)及下肢肿胀程度。结果治疗20 d后,实验组DVT发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗20 d后,两组APTT、PT及TT水平均高于治疗前,且实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗20 d后,两组PLT计数及CI水平均低于治疗前,且实验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后双下肢腿围比较差异无统计学意义,但治疗20 d后,实验组左腿膝上10 cm、左腿膝下15 cm、右腿膝上10 cm及右腿膝下15 cm腿围均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数控压力充气泵可有效预防截瘫患者DVT的发生,改善凝血功能,缓解下肢肿胀情况,临床应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the application value of numerical control pressure pneum atic pump in preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of patients with paraplegia.Methods A total of 76 patients with paraplegia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine prevention regimen,and the experimental group was given the numerical control pressure pneum atic pump on the basis of control group,the occurrence of DVT after 20 d of treatment,the coagulation indexes(activated partial thromboplastin time[APTT],prothrombin time[PT],thrombin time[TT]),platelet(PLT)count,coagulation index(CI)and the degree of lower limb swelling were compared between the two groups.Results After 20 d of treatment,the incidence rate of DVT in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 20 d of treatment,the levels of APTT,PT and TT in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 20 d of treatment,the PLT count and CI level of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the leg circumferences of both lower limbs between the two groups before and after treatment,but after 20 d of treatment,the leg circumference of 10 cm above the left knee,15 cm below the left knee,10 cm above the right knee and 15 cm below the right knee in the experiment group were significantly smaller than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).C
