锦纶基非织造抛光磨具材料的制备与性能研究

摘要 选用锦纶短纤气流成网非织造布作为基材,采用喷洒的方法将磨料施加到基材中,改变磨粒的直径大小,制得3种锦纶基非织造抛光磨具材料。对锦纶基非织造抛光磨具材料展开压缩性能和抛光测试,探究磨粒直径对锦纶基非织造抛光磨具材料硬度、铝板去除率和锦纶基非织造抛光磨具材料使用寿命的影响。结果表明:磨粒直径越大,锦纶基非织造抛光磨具材料的硬度越高;当磨粒直径为(24.0±1.5)μm时,铝板去除率适中,为1.37μm/min,锦纶基非织造抛光磨具材料使用寿命长。 Taken polyamide staple fiber air-laid nonwovens as the base materials,three kinds of polyamide-based nonwoven polishing abrasive materials were prepared by spraying abrasives into the base materials and changing the diameters of abrasives.The compressive properties and polishing tests of polyamide-based nonwoven polishing abrasive materials were carried out to explore the effects of abrasive particles diameter on hardness of polyamide-based nonwoven polishing abrasive materials,aluminum plate removal rate and service life of polyamide-based nonwoven polishing abrasive materials.The results showed that,the larger the diameter of the abrasive particles,the higher the hardness of the polyamide-based nonwoven polishing abrasive materials.When the abrasive particles diameter was at(24.0±1.5)μm,the aluminum plate removal rate was moderate,at 1.37μm/min,and the polyamide-based nonwoven polishing abrasive materials had long service life.
