摘要
抑郁症是最普遍的精神疾病,将成为全球疾病的负担,睡眠障碍也将成为抑郁症患者的隐性杀手。抑郁症与睡眠障碍之间存在着密切的联系,常共同出现。目前临床研究以睡眠和认知功能障碍为研究热点,但受限于科学技术,其机制及影响尚不明确。近年来得益于功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)的发展,许多新的成像方法应运而生,利用神经影像技术观察抑郁伴睡眠障碍的研究也越来越多。本文将从抑郁伴睡眠障碍的核脑影像成像技术进行综述。
Depression which is the most prevailing mental disease will become the burden of global diseases.Sleep disorders are the hidden killer of patients with depression.Besides,depression and sleep disorders often arise together,which have a close relationship.Up to now,clinical research concentrates unfortunately on sleep disorders and cognitive impairment.Due to being limited by technology,its mechanism and impact are not yet clear.Recently,with the development of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),oceans of new imaging methods have emerged as well as studies that using neuroimaging technology to observe depression with sleep disorders have increased.Accordingly,this review will focus on nuclear brain imaging technology of depression with sleep disorders.
