摘要
抑郁症(major depressive disorder)的疾病机制复杂,免疫炎症是抑郁症的病理机制之一。研究炎症因子与抑郁症脑结构、脑功能之间的关系,将炎症分子与影像特征交叉分析,可用于对抑郁症进行分型,探索新的抑郁症生物标志物、治疗靶点,判断预后等。本文旨在对既往抑郁症研究中炎症分子与神经影像特征之间的关联研究进行复习归纳,并对未来可能的研究方向进行展望。
The mechanism of major depressive disorder(MDD)is complex,and immune inflammation is one of the pathological mechanisms of MDD.To study the relationship between inflammatory factors and brain structure or function of MDD,and to cross-analyze the inflammatory molecules and neuroimaging features,it can be used to classify MDD,explore new MDD biomarkers and treatment targets,and determine the prognosis.This article aims to review and summarize the previous studies on the association between inflammatory molecules and neuroimaging features in major depressive disorder,and to propose possible future research directions.
