Research on the Quality Evaluation of Tourism Management Major in Local Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and Universities——Empirical Analysis Based on the Perspective of Students’ Perception

摘要基于对地方应用型本科高校旅游管理专业发展背景及现状的把握,以运城学院为案例,以学生感知评价资料为基础,分析了学生对旅游管理专业质量的总体评价和对师资团队质量、课程设置质量、教学过程质量、教学条件质量、教学管理质量5个维度的评价,进而提出了提升旅游管理专业质量的具体对策。结果显示:运城学院旅游管理专业质量的相对优势在于师资团队质量和教学管理质量,相对劣势在于教学过程质量和课程设置质量,且其专业质量中存在教师人数偏少、实践教学环节薄弱、学生意见反馈机制不健全等问题。为此,今后应采取拓宽师资培训渠道、加强课程体系建设、强化实践教学环节、增加师生交流渠道等措施,来提升旅游管理专业质量。 Based on the grasp of the development background and status quo of the tourism management major in local applicationoriented undergraduate colleges and universities, taking Yuncheng University as a case, and based on the students’ perception evaluation data, this paper analyzes the students’ overall evaluation of the quality of tourism management major, their evaluation of the quality of the teaching staff, the quality of the teaching staff, and teaching management quality, it puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the quality of tourism management. The results show that the relative advantage of the tourism management major of Yuncheng University lies in the quality of the teaching staff and the quality of teaching management, while the relative disadvantage lies in the quality of the teaching process and the quality of curriculum setting, and the quality of its major includes a small number of teachers, weak practical teaching links,and the feedback mechanism is not perfect. To this end, measures such as expanding teacher training channels, strengthening curriculum system construction, strengthening practical teaching links, and increasing teacher-student communication channels should be taken in the future to improve the quality of tourism management.
