摘要
目的:观察消旋山莨菪碱足三里穴位注射对糖尿病周围神经病变肢体疼痛的效果。方法:将110例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组55例,对照组给予基础治疗联合依帕司他片、硫辛酸注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上,给予双侧足三里穴位注射消旋山莨菪碱,观察两组治疗两周前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、临床症状积分变化。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者临床总有效率为81.8%,对照组患者临床总有效率为65.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分由(6.42±0.56)分降至(2.95±0.37)分(P<0.05);对照组VAS评分无明显下降(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组临床症状积分中肢体疼痛、冰凉、麻木、感觉减退、乏力的积分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。对照组患者仅有肢体发凉、肢体麻木的症状积分下降较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者肢体疼痛积分较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后腓总神经、胫神经运动传导速度均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者腓总神经、胫神经运动传导速度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:消旋山莨菪碱穴位注射可有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变肢体疼痛症状。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Raceanisodamine acupoint injection at Zusanli acupoint on limb pain of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:110 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,55cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment combined with epalrestat tablets and lipoic acid injection,while the treatment group was given bilateral injection of Raceanisodamine at Zusanli acupoint on the basis of the control group.The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical symptom score in the two groups were observed before and after treatment for two weeks.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group patients was 81.8%in the treatment group,the total effective rate of control group patients was only 65.4%,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the treatment group decreased from(6.42±0.56)to(2.95±0.37)(P<0.05),but the VAS score of the control group did not decrease significantly(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of limb pain,coldness,numbness,hypoesthesia and fatigue in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,only the symptom scores of limb cold and limb numbness decreased,which was statistically different from that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of limb pain in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor conduction velocities of the common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in the treatment group were significantly higher
