摘要
为研究搭接在特高压直流输电线路上塑料薄膜的放电现象,并解释某±800 kV特高压线路闪络故障原因,通过分析塑料薄膜表面3个典型区域等值盐密研究了闪络电压与塑料薄膜干燥和淋雨、平铺与卷起状态的关系,并进行了1.0 m、2.0 m和11.5 m 3种间隙距离下的闪络特性试验。研究结果表明:表面湿润状态下,当间隙距离为1.0 m和2.0 m时,塑料薄膜平铺与卷起时的间隙闪络电位梯度分别为1.22 kV/cm和0.96 kV/cm、0.82 kV/cm和0.7 kV/cm;当间隙距离为11.5 m时,潮湿塑料薄膜的间隙闪络电位梯度为0.56 kV/cm。在受潮条件下,塑料薄膜卷起相比平铺更容易发生闪络,平均闪络电位梯度随距离增加而呈下降趋势。最后还对某±800 kV特高压现场线路因塑料薄膜短接导致3次重启均不成功的原因进行了分析。
In order to study the discharge phenomena of plastic film overlapping on UHV DC transmission lines and explore the cause of flashover fault of a±800 kV UHV line,an experimental study is conducted on the flashover characteristics of plastic film with three different gap distances of 1.0 m,2.0 m and 11.5 m,and the relationship between flashover voltage and plastic states,including dry and wet state,spreading and rolling state,is studied through analyzing the equivalent salt density of three typical areas on the surface of plastic film.The results show that,when the gap distance is 1.0 m and 2.0 m,the gap flashover potential gradients of wet plastic film are 1.22 kV/cm,0.96 kV/cm,0.82 kV/cm and 0.7 kV/cm respectively for the spreading out and rolling up state;When the gap distance is 11.5 m,the gap flashover potential gradient of the wet plastic film is 0.56 kV/cm.Under the condition of moisture,the plastic film in rolling up state is more prone to flashover than that in spreading out state,and the average flashover potential gradient decreases with the increase of gap distance.Finally,the causes for the failed three times of restart of a±800 kV UHV line caused by short circuit of plastic film is analyzed.
