±800kV特高压直流输电带电作业人员定位装置电场安全性研究

摘要 800 kV特高压直流输电线路传统带电作业方式中,高空作业人员存在较强的危险性。本文基于特高压直流输电带电作业的数字孪生安全防护技术,针对其中使用的作业人员无线定位装置展开强直流电场下设备安全性研究。建立了有限元仿真模型并对电场强度分布进行了计算。对比了有、无屏蔽层情况下定位装置承受电场强度分布情况。无屏蔽层保护的情况下,装置壳体及天线顶端的电场强度较高;使用屏蔽层包裹后,装置各部分均达到不同程度的屏蔽效果。验证了在实际生产中结合相应的绝缘材料壳体,使用无线定位装置对±800 kV特高压直流输电线路带电作业中的高空作业人员进行实时安全定位防护具有实用性。 In the traditional live working mode of ±800 kV UHVDC transmission line, there is a strong danger for high-altitude operators. Based on the digital twin safety protection technology for live working of UHVDC transmission, this paper studies the safety under strong DC electric field of the wireless positioning device used in the operation. A finite element simulation model is established and the electric field intensity distribution is calculated. The electric field intensity distribution of the positioning device with and without shielding layer is compared. Without the protection of the shielding layer, the electric field strength of the device casing and the top of the antenna is relatively high;after wrapping with the shielding layer, each part of the device achieves different degrees of shielding effect. It is verified that in actual production, combined with the corresponding insulating material shell, using the wireless positioning device is practical for real-time positioning and safety protection of high-altitude workers during live working on ±800 kV UHVDC transmission lines.
