摘要
某发动机气缸垫在冷热冲击试验过程中出现渗油问题,通过对相关零部件的排查及试验台架边界参数的确认,确认失效原因为冷热冲击工况中升温、降温工况水温度变化过快,缸体、缸盖受热胀冷缩影响变形较大,最终导致气缸垫密封失效。针对该问题,基于冷热冲击试验标准要求,提出优化试验边界,控制冷却水温度变化速率的方案,经过台架验证,顺利解决了气缸垫渗油问题,也为后续冷热冲击试验过程中气缸垫的密封失效问题提供参考。
An engine cylinder head gasket oil leakage problems in the thermal shock test,through the investigation of relevant parts and the confirmation ofbench boundary parameter,it was confirmed the failure reason was that the water temperature changed too fast in the thermal shock test,cause the cylinder block,cylinder head affected by thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation is larger,cylinder gasket seal failure in the end.To solve this problem,based on the standard requirements of thermal shock test,the optimized test boundary was proposed to control the temperature change rate of cooling water.After test verification,the oil leakage problem of the cylinder head gasket was solved successfully,and at the same time,it provided reference for solving the sealing failure problem of the cylinder gasket in the follow-up process of thermal shock test.
