摘要
利用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立某款车用汽油机多层金属气缸密封垫的有限元模型并设定边界条件,对其在预紧状态下的密封性能进行仿真和试验验证。接着采用试验设计方法,对气缸密封垫起主要密封作用的压纹结构做了深入研究,用OPTIMUS分析了Von Mises应力与压纹结构主要参数之间的关系。结果表明:压纹高度、宽度和坡角对气缸密封垫的密封性能有重要影响。
A finite element (FE) model for the multi-layer metallic cylinder seal gasket of a vehicle gasoline engine is set up with its boundary conditions defined by using FE software ABAQUS, and the sealing performance of gasket in preloaded state is simulated and verified by test. Then the gasket embossment structure, playing a key role in sealing, is studied in-depth by using the design of experiment method, and the relationship between Von Mises stress and the main parameters of embossment structure is analyzed with OPTIMUS. The results indicate that the height, width and slope angle of embossment have significant effects on the sealing performance of cylinder seal gasket.
