摘要
中枢神经系统疾病包括感染、创伤、脑卒中及神经退行性病变等,具有多种致病机制,对患者危害性大,临床治疗效果往往不佳。细胞焦亡是一种新型的依赖于胱天蛋白酶1活化、Gasdermin D蛋白家族执行的程序性细胞死亡类型,病理特征为细胞膜孔洞形成、细胞肿胀破裂、内容物释放,可诱发强烈的炎症反应。细胞焦亡在多种神经系统疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。深入探究不同类型神经细胞中焦亡现象的发生情况可为进一步干预疾病进展提供理论依据。
Central nervous system diseases,including infection,trauma,stroke and neurodegeneration,have a variety of pathogenic mechanisms,posing a huge threat to the patients,and the clinical treatment effect is often poor.Pyroptosis is a novel type of programmed cell death dependent on caspase-1 activation and performed by the Gasdermin D protein family,with the pathological characteristics of cell membrane pore formation,cell swelling and rupture,and release of contents,inducing a strong inflammatory response.Pyroptosis plays a role in the pathogenesis of several neurological diseases.In-depth investigation of the occurrence of pyroptosis phenomena in different types of neuronal cells may provide a theoretical basis for further intervention in the disease progression.
