摘要
试验为高效去除玉米芯中的半纤维素,提高玉米芯的饲料价值,以玉米芯原料为研究对象,利用超声微波协同技术提取玉米芯中的半纤维素,采用单因素及响应面方法对提取工艺进行优化。结果显示:优化的工艺条件为NaOH浓度5.23%、提取温度80.6℃、提取时间74.1 min、液料比17.0 mL/g、半纤维素的提取率(76.0±0.18)%;采用膜分离技术回收NaOH,可降低生产成本及环境污染。研究表明,去除半纤维素的玉米芯可在饲料生产应用,半纤维素可应用于木糖的生产,研究建立了一种高效无污染的玉米芯综合利用新工艺。
The study was to efficiently remove hemicellulose from corncob and improve the feed value of corncob,to study the extraction of hemicellulose from corncob by ultrasonic microwave synergistic technology.The extraction process was optimized by single factor and response surface methodology.The results showed that NaOH concentration 5.23%,extraction temperature 80.6℃,extraction time 74.1 min,liquid-material ratio 17.0 mL/g,extraction rate of hemicellulose(76.0±0.18)%.The membrane separation technology was used to recover NaOH,which reduced the production cost and environmental pollution.The experiment indicates that the corncob with hemicellulose removed can use in feed production and hemicellulose can use in xylose production.A new process of high-efficiency and pollutionfree comprehensive utilization of corncob is established.
